Do Miracles Happen?

Although I have some "whale of a story" stories, I'm tempted to limit my comments on this subject - most of my miracle stories are intensely personal. I can't help but comment on the topic, however, as I have strong views on the subject.

Many years ago I came across a little wooden plaque not much bigger than a name tag. What it said struck me so forcibly I glued it to the dashboard of my car so I could see it every day. On it was the word "coincidence," broken into syllables and with lexicographic markings as if it was a word in a dictionary. Underneath was the definition: "When God does a miracle but wants to remain anonymous." Good one, huh?

So, so appropriate! Thank you! All we have to do is be more perceptive of those miracles, which happen daily.

How cool! I never heard it before but it is a good one for sure.

Yep, I like that little quote. IF we could "prove" that a miracle took place it would not be a miracle. A miracle, by definition, is incomprehensible because it is from and of God. And if we could understand God, He would no longer be God. Yet miracles DO happen, I've experienced them and God DOES exist, I've felt the results of his presence.
