Cake al la Mandarin

1 large Angel Food cake
1 box instant vanilla pudding
2 c. heavy cream
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix instant pudding according to directions.  Whip cream until peaks form.  Drain oranges and set aside 15 for the top of the cake.  Dice the balance of the oranges and add to the pudding.  Fold in whipped cream.  Cut cake in 3 crosswise layers.  Spread between layers and on top and side of cake.  Garnish with orange slices.
