Anna Bateman was born to parents George (b.1832[Pa. 1908_) and Josephine Delilah (Haywood) (b.1843-Indiana-d.1904) Bateman in Missouri in 1869. In the census of 1870 she is with her parents in New York Twsp. Caldwell Co. Missouri. Father is listed as farmer. But according to age she is under the name of Sarah-1yr. She is third of four children at this time.
In 1880 census at age 11, she is with parents and 7 siblings, but named Anna at this time, still in New York Twsp. on farm.
In the census of 1900 at age of 31, with parents and grandmother Sarah-95 ,three siblings Dora-30(school teacher), Andrew-22(farm hand) and Mollie-24.
In the census of 1910, I find Anna living in Hamilton, Missouri with her two sisters, Dora and Mollie. After this I find no records of Anna Bateman, neither death or life. I do find her two sisters in 1920,1930, and 1940 . They have moved to Colorado, El Paso County and are living with their brother Andrew. There is no mention of Anna.
